  • Pre-Order & Custom Fit
    Purchases made for pre-order or Custom fit are placed the following day after the confirmation of payment and are expected to be ready within 2-3 weeks. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstance however customers will be notified on all information concerning their order. Strictly No returns, exchanges or refunds for pre-ordered and custom pieces. For an accurate guide to what size you should order, it’s important to know your bust measurement - you’ll need a measuring tape to measure your bust, waist and hip size (Bust size is not bra size, but measuring around the fullest part of the bust). Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding sizing. For perfect trouser fit and length, let us know your waistline measurement (from natural waist to floor length).
  • Washing & Care
    WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS Dry Clean or Machine wash on delicate setting only. Do not machine dry Do not bleach. Light Iron or steam Linen cotton blend fabric Hand washing and machine washing. You can choose a variety of detergents to wash the fabrics, but we still suggest that you should use the gentle machine cycle and a mild detergent to wash the cotton linen garments. Non-Chloride bleach. Do not soak the garments for a long time, we suggest timely washing. If soaking the clothes, it will cause color fading easily. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight to reduce color fading. Best to hang in a ventilated area. Please wash the cotton linen clothes only with similar fabrics in terms of color, weight and washing instructions. Iron the garments from the inside out with steam setting. Twill & Cotton Twill Machine washing, hand washing, or dry cleaning is best. If machine, use the appropriate wash cycle. Avoid fabric softeners, as this can dull the finish. Wash in warm or cool water to prevent shrinking and fading. Use hot water carefully, as washing cotton in hot water can cause it to shrink. Machine Dryer is not recommended. Iron on medium heat while fabric is slightly damp. Use steam as needed.
  • Returns and exchange
    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We do not accept returns as part of our custom fit. Read the descriptions of items carefully and if you have any questions - ask us before placing the order! We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, however resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed. Contact us for returns before shipping item back. We will offer you an exchange of the items or refund. however, we will need a valid reason and not more than (7) seven days after received the item/s. The refund is provided within 14 days after it's received by us. Please note that we do not refund the shipping dues. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items. We do not take responsibility for damages or losses due to the shipping.
